Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns for physical products within 2 days of delivery if the items meet the following conditions:

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

-Unused, unopened items

-In original packaging

-Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN

-Used, opened or items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return

-Used or open liquids

-Used tools or used kits

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days, and a credit will be applied to your method of payment.

-If rejected, we'll contact you with the reason and return the item to you at your own cost if requested.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

RETURN SHIPPING

-You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

-Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks, Templates, Planners, Prerecorded tutorials)

All digital products sales are final, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on digital items
